If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier’s responsibility and Savy & Co. will not issue a refund. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.

Upon inquiry Savy & Co. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
